Fabiola Roll is a real estate consultant and educator with demonstrated success in the Real Estate Industry. Prior to returning to Real Estate sales full-time, she served as the assist. branch manager at the #1 Coldwell Banker office, which sells a BILLION+ every year and has more than 300 agents affiliated. Fabiola coached agents one-on-one, led group training, advised agents in contract negotiations, and is an approved instructor for the DORA Annual Commission Update, a course required for all real estate agents in Colorado.

Fabiola has been living in Colorado for the past 25 years. She is BILINGUAL, fluent in English and Spanish, and loves to spend time with her family and travel internationally. She is a certified Chef in natural foods and brings her 20 years of prior experience in Leadership, Higher Education, and Association Management to her passion for real estate and helping people live an even better life.
